If you are committed to doing something concrete to fight plastic pollution in the environment and make the future safe for the present generation and posterity, you may join the Foundation for Campaign Against Plastic Pollution (referred to as ‘Foundation’ hereinafter) as a life member or annual member by paying the requisite amount of fee. The process is very simple as explained below. You just have to pay the requisite membership fee and thereafter fill up an application form online and submit it.

Your membership fee will be added to the coffers of the Foundation, which will help it to undertake activities as per its vision, mission and objectives. Further, your services may be occasionally utilised for the activities of the Foundation, as per your inclination indicated in the application form, subject to your availability. You should be willing to offer your services voluntarily without expectation of any remuneration in return. However, a certificate of recognition of your services will be issued to you.

Scale of membership fee

Life membership:   Rs. 5000.00 (Rupees five thousand)
Annual membership:   Rs. 500.00 (Rupees five hundred)

Annual membership of the Foundation will be valid for one year with effect from the date of receipt of application by the Foundation.

Mode of payment of membership fee

There are two modes of payment. You may pay the amount through NEFT or by a crossed bank draft/cheque. The details of account of the Foundation for payment through NEFT are as follows:

If you are paying through the NEFT, please indicate the UTR number of transaction in the field “Reference Number of Deposit of Membership Fee” of the application form.

The other option is to pay through a crossed bank draft/cheque, drawn in favour of “Foundation for Campaign Against Plastic Pollution”. The bank draft/cheque should be sent by post along with a signed copy of printout of filled in application form at the following address:

Instructions for filling up the application form

Most of the fields /columns are self-evident and require no explanation. All fields are mandatory, but in case any field is not relevant for you, for example, if you don’t have a fax number, just insert the hyphen sign (-) in the field.

You will have to upload a photograph of yours, where ‘image’ rectangle is given. So, please keep your photo in JPEG format of reasonable size ready.

You will also have to upload a scanned self-attested copy of your identity proof, such as passport or election voter ID card or driving license. Therefore, keep the scanned self-attested copy of your identity proof ready before starting to fill up the application form.
