Madhu Chadda is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur. After that, she completed her M. Tech in Computer Science from Osmania University.
She worked with companies like CMC, TCS and Computer Point. She also started volunteering for an NGO that supported people who are depressed and suicidal. She found her calling in it and became a full-time volunteer and the director of the NGO. She was the first ever volunteer world over to have been selected to visit similar outfits in UK. Then she set up an NGO with the support of Dr. Anji Reddy, chairman Dr. Reddy's Labs.
She practiced counseling, taught empathy to counseling students, conducted training in soft skills for various corporates and completed her one-year diploma in counseling skills. She was instrumental in setting up counseling programs for students at IIT Gandhinagar and IIT Hyderabad.
She was very keen on doing documentary films so she completed a full time two years program in Film Direction and Screenplay writing from Rama Naidu Film Institute. She has done few films on IIT Gandhinagar, Pochampally weavers, girl child etc. She is very passionate about issues related to girl child and women. She supports few girls for their education. She is still waiting to shoot her dream films.
