Ashwani Khurana

Ashwani Khurana is the President of Karma Lakelands, an Eco-responsible Golf Resort with Luxury Living options in Gurgaon.
From being the highest Income taxpayer in India at the age of 28 to becoming a passionate practitioner of 'Responsible Living' thanks to his mentor Nek Chand of the Chandigarh Rock garden, he has planted & sustained 2 lakh plus trees & plants, implemented ecological and sustainable activities like water harvesting, organic Agro, waste water recycling & bio-composting in his home & community. His crusade is against Litterers, Smokers, Honkers & Suckers (of straws).
Ashwani plays golf only once a day & loves Tango dancing.
Diki Bhutia his partner, who works relentlessly at all their Eco projects hands on, is his greatest support. Her latest projects are E Waste (including battery cells) Management & Eco Bricks. In Aug 2017 they were introduced to Eco bricks and since then they have been zero waste at their home and the resort.
