Ashwani Khurana is an environmentalist, entrepreneur, tanguero, golfer, and a deeply engaged citizen. He is the Founder and CEO (Chief Eternal Optimist) of Karma Lakelands — an eco-sensitive habitat in Gurgaon that has evolved over decades through a quiet commitment to working with, rather than against, nature.

Since 1989, he has stewarded the transformation of 270 acres in India’s NCR into a living landscape — one that reflects the belief that development and ecological responsibility are not opposing forces, but can coexist.

Karma Lakelands Golf Resort and Residences, today functions as a hospitality and wellness ecosystem, with thoughtfully curated spaces for recreation, gatherings, and reflection.
