Jagpal Singh Burjia

A Retired IAS Officer who has extensive experience of working in the field as well as policy formulation level in the States of Bihar, Jharkhand and Government of India. He has special interest in the field of development administration and ground water management. During his career spanning over more than 30 years, he has held various posts which include Chairman (Central ground Water Board), Chairman (Sone Command Area Development Authority, Bihar) and Principal Secretary (Planning, Housing and Social Welfare - Jharkhand).
He did his masters in History and Political Science from Punjab University and MSc in Development Studies from University of Bath UK.
