Shri Pushp Dant is a senior faculty member, master trainer, and public policy practitioner associated with the Art of Living Foundation. Over the last two decades, he has played a significant role in designing and conducting leadership, stress-management, wellness, and personal effectiveness programmes for government officials, public institutions, corporate executives, and educational organizations in India and abroad.
An engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, he subsequently pursued studies in international business and trade and has undertaken advanced executive programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where he was associated as a senior fellow. His academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of public policy, governance, leadership development, and civil society engagement.
Within the Art of Living, Shri Pushp Dant has held leadership responsibilities for government engagement programmes and has worked closely with various ministries and public-sector organizations. Under his stewardship, specialized programmes on personal excellence, stress management, emotional resilience, ethics, and leadership have been conducted for officers from the civil services, police, forest services, public enterprises, and other governmental institutions.
Known for combining practical management insights with yogic wisdom and meditation techniques taught by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Shri Pushp Dant is a sought-after speaker on leadership, mental well-being, organizational effectiveness, public policy, and human values. He has addressed audiences in universities, government academies, international forums, and professional conferences, advocating holistic approaches to individual and institutional development.
He currently continues to serve as a senior instructor and mentor within the Art of Living movement, contributing to programmes aimed at fostering personal transformation, social harmony, and value-based leadership.
